Last night I hosted an online interiors workshop, centred around mixing colour and pattern in your home. The aim with all of my workshops is that each attendee can bring their design dilemmas to the virtual ‘Designer’s Table’ (pre-Covid, I use to run these around real tables in all kinds of exciting venues!).
In the workshop I share how I work through these kinds of dilemmas and decision making every day when working on interior design projects, so that you can apply these techniques to your own interior design projects.
This was the mood / sample board behind one of my projects - and a photo below of the finished result. Showing the design process behind this finished room became the starting point for discussions on colour theory (ie what goes with what and WHY!), what to consider when combining patterns of different types, textures and scales and how to combine old & new styles of furniture in the same room.
📆 🌈 Next workshop on colour & pattern is on Tues 16th March 7.30-9.30pm. Full details here.
About Designer’s Table
Since setting up her interior design studio 11 years ago, Audrey has worked with over 250 London homeowners at various stages of their projects. She runs workshops for home-makers and masterclasses for interior designers new to the industry. By inviting you in on her process, she can show you how she works as an interior designer and you can apply this way of working to your own home or professional project.
