If you are planning a new kitchen in the Republic of Ireland in 2022 this is great news - it opens up more options. Howdens was one of my favourite kitchen suppliers in the UK when clients were looking for a great kitchen solution on a budget. Sometimes we would use Howdens units only and pair these with a stone or Quartz worktop, splashback and appliances from elsewhere, to get the best value result overall and a very personalised kitchen, without having to go fully ‘bespoke’.

‘Howden has 754 depots in the UK and said it could expand to have at least 900 in the UK including 20-25 in Northern Ireland. The company also plans to open about five depots around Dublin in the first quarter of 2022 to test demand in the Republic of Ireland.’
