Since Audrey set up the business and its website in 2009, the world wide web has changed rapidly – and with it, the world of interior design has become an increasingly accessible place! We wanted to update our website with a new look and improve the way in which people navigate it so for the past few months, we’ve been designing, tweaking and testing our new interior design website which we hope you like.
A different type of interior design website
We want our website to reflect our values as a business and the way we do interior design. For us, interior design is so much more than magazine-worthy interior photos, we love guiding our clients through the process by which they create spaces for their lives to unfold. So, each of our project pages aims to give an overview of this process and the way in which we help our clients realise their vision. You will see a mix of ‘after’ photos, ‘before’ photos, sketches, moodboards, samples and 3D visuals which have been used as tools to help our clients reach the practical and aesthetic decisions involved in implementing their project.
An interior design resource
We also want our website to serve as a resource for anyone embarking on an interior design project and hope that our emphasis on our design process by which we design homes will be of benefit to our website visitors! Our FAQ page aims to address questions which come up time and time again from clients who are starting to think about or work on a refurbishment project. They range from queries about planning permission to advice on designing contemporary interiors for period houses. We’d also love to hear from you if you’ve got a specific question you think we could help with, just ask here!
A breakdown of how we work and our services
Another aspect of the website we’ve greatly improved is the How we work page. We know that all interior designers work differently, and felt that a clear explanation of the services we offer and how they all fit together would help to communicate our approach to interior design. We also hope that this page can give an overview to our potential clients as to what working with us would look like and help them identify the areas of their project we could help with.
and lastly...We are not collecting email addresses!
We hope you like our new website and find it useful and inspiring! We would love to hear from you regarding a project, or if you would just like some additional information for now.
But we’re not big on collecting emails and sending out newsletters, so if you would like to keep up to date with what we’re up to, just follow us on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook.
